Structural alterations, cut & carve, to existing building including temporary propping, demolition of slabs and existing cores and re construction of concrete slabs including;
1750T rubble removed / 300m3 concrete installed / 1500m2 holorib decking.
The works comprise of the demolition of an existing concrete roof structure, installation of temporary propping, demolition of existing central core from roof level to basement, installation of concrete decking and concreting of new structure including the construction of blockwork walls to the basement area and underground drainage installation.
