Removal of the existing roof structure, removal of the façade, reconstruction of new floor / roof & reconstruction of new facade
The works comprise of the demolition of the existing façade and roof including the installation of a new steel roof structure and first fix joinery to numerous obscure pitches. The installation of a new steel framework to the front elevation and the reconstruction of the new façade in ‘toothed’ pitched ceramic faced brickwork and inner blockwork. Creation of service risers / shafts within the existing building
