Structural alterations including demolition of canopy / existing structure, strip-out, groundworks, foundation works, below ground drainage, installation of new slabs and general builderswork.
The works comprise of the demolition of an existing loading bay façade, canopy & slab, strip-out and demolition of existing shopping and store areas, groundworks and the formation of new strip foundations and lift pits. We also carried out below ground drainage, pouring of new power-floated ground-bearing RC slabs & lightweight concrete slabs. Works were to enable the re-configuration of a prestigious department store within the Queensgate Shopping Centre, Peterborough.
