The completion of the internal strip out, structural alterations of the existing structure and demolition and rebuild of the roof.
Within this scheme we carried out the strip out of the existing building, internal structural alterations, demolition of the existing façade spandrel panels, new below ground drainage, creation of a new external terrace and the demolition of the existing roof structure with a larger rebuild of a steel and timber roof. These works were completed within a tight programme period along with challenging logistics which are typically found within Mews buildings.
