120 T Structural Steelwork / 3000T rubble removed / 1800m2 Blockwork / 2500m2 screed
The works comprise of the full scaffolding of all external facades and the demolition and removal of all glazed / stone facades, temporary propping and the removal of slabs via Brokk break out and Hydro demolition to specified areas to maintain structure connectivity. The creation of new and extended lift shafts within the building to Level 15. Structural adaptions to roof level including plant bases. Blockwork & screeding to basement and ground floor areas and external works formation of concrete structures, slabs & drainage.
