Structural alterations, cut & carve, including demolition of existing structure, installation of new slabs, formation of new lift shafts, lift core extensions, riser creations and sundry structural works.
The works comprise of the installation of temporary propping and the demolition/removal of concrete slabs, including the installation of a progressive structure in multiple buildings on various levels. The creation of new and extended lift shafts and risers within the building. Structural adaptions to roof level including plant bases. Blockwork to lower levels, below ground drainage and sundry other builders work.
